Physical Description
Scott has a fair complexion (no freckles), but with auburn hair that runs through the Fitzwilliam side. He's just about as tall as Charlie, meaning 6'3", and just as lithe. His eyes are blue. He's very classic in appearance. You might call him BEAUTIFUL (he looks quite like Benjamin Fitzwilliam would have, had Benjamin Fitzwilliam lived to adulthood and been an angel).

Personal Information
Quieter than his brother and sister, but still a comic when paired with his brother, Scott was, ironically, the brother Alice fought with more. Charlie was often the mediator. Charlie was also often Alice's partner in crime when he was feeling especially kind. Of course, both brothers have substituted fighting for being protective of their sister.
He loved sport and to study and to try to best his brother at everything, but they usually only tied. Crew was his thing. He's patient and level-headed and very good with his hands.
If you're looking for a god of his craft, that is, jewelry-making, Scott is it. There's a reason he's lead designer for FDC, and his name has nothing to do with it. He sometimes even does commissions for other companies, if they can afford him, and lectures young designers across the world.
Backstory
Scott was the second child born to Isabella and Randolf, and only one year old when his father went off to war. He and Charlie both attended Eton when they were older, and both went into working for the company when they were old enough. Scott was too timid to become the next CEO, so he took a quieter job of designer and became very skilled. He met Winifred Latham as a teenager and married her in autumn 1961. They had seven children and are still married today. (Unhappily, Alice was not able to be in Scott's wedding. It was a very hot point of contention for a long period of time.)
Scott babied Alice after Charlie moved back to South Africa in 1954. Their fiery childhood relationship became very civil and mature and he was incredibly protective of her. In fact, he still is.
But he's that way with the rest of his family. Though Winifred is a more dominant personality in their relationship (although Scott is a good eight inches taller than her), Scott can be quietly forceful and persuasive. He's the one the children come to after Mummy says no, and he's the one who says yes and turns it into their secret.
