Rue

Rue, or Moderator #2 & Wiki Maintainer, talks too much. But only if you let her.
She is a) aware she has more characters than is vitally healthy, b) doesn't plan on ever stopping with the creation anyway, c) is therefore very useful for creating connections to characters. Because there's always someone somewhere. Rue has too much stuff to be able to list all of her responsibilites on one page, because then it would scroll too far, but it is important to note that she is behind most of law enforcement and medical stuff. Also, d) is behind the fact that Dirty Life has a fictional country and a cesspool of coincidence.
Plus, Rue is in the process of becoming a paramedic, and is an emergency medical technician. This means she can sometimes be kind of hard to find, and also that she generally knows what's what with human body stuff and scientific accuracy.
The Killiam Group is all her fault. Sorry.
