The primary charity funded by The Fitzwilliam Diamond Company. In association with Hope In Alms, JfC funds worldwide programs for underprivileged children. They have many volunteers who build housing and schools and donate money so that underfunded schools in both "third world" and "first world" countries can have essential supplies, from erasers to uniforms.

JfC also participates in HIV/AIDS care, particularly in children. FDC itself donates 10% of its annual income to HIV/AIDS research, but JfC spends time sending volunteers to hospitals and to places where there is little understanding or care for victims. They focus more on comfort than on science.

Volunteers for JfC do not have to be employees of FDC, though they often are. Anyone can sign up at the three shops or the corporate offices, or online. Fill out a form and a background check will be done. This is not-for-profit, obviously, and the company pays all travel expenses.
