Jasper Charlene (named much more logically than most things around him which ended up named by Jack, being named after her colour and his mother) is an antique, considering that motor vehicles don't have to be particularly old to be antique, and spent enough time in the care of a shop to be only borderline street legal, and much closer to being legally a motorcycle, considering what's under the hood.

Inasmuch as a Vespa has a hood, anyway.
