That brings us up to two women who have died and then come back to life.

Isabella's is much more simple.

Isabella Radcliffe was married to Randolf Fitzwilliam for fifty years. In 1982, Randolf came down with pneumonia. The war had already given him nightmares, PTSD, a limp, and bad hearing, and it seemed that suddenly all of it came back in full force after years of improvement. On 19 August, 1983, he passed away quietly with his wife at his side.

She crossed over on 23 August, 1983. As she is an angel, this was her choice to make. But she was heartbroken without him and could not go on. Everyone expected it to happen.

They just didn't expect her to come back.

In 2006, the world began to suffer the effects of the misuse of angels in Scotland. This had been brewing slowly since 2002.

On 17 January, 2007, Randolf Fitzwilliam disappeared from Isabella's side. She immediately returned to their old home and found him there, a ghost now. Strange as it was, she stayed with him for a year before it became too unbearable to live with him like that, and the situation was rectified with outside help. Randolf faded back into death. Before leaving, however, he told her he didn't want her dying with him. She listened.

She stayed.
