Gwen Stanwyck

Gwen Stanwyck, age 39, is a linguist and translator of hieratic and hieroglyphs who sometimes consults for the Beauregard Archaeological Foundation. Her family run a small series of Nile resort hotels, and thus Gwen is also an heiress. This does not stop her from working.

She's got a very sweet disposition and is very close to the middle generation of Beauregards. Gwen's personal life is largely a mystery to the media, though it is known that she is estranged from her husband, author Samuel Whitaker, who was a very private man who utterly refused to be photographed. The only time Samuel and Gwen have been photographed together was at the funeral of their two-year-old daughter, Diana.
